Premaydena Hill is a first-generation family farm on the Tasman Peninsula.

We produce premium wines and grass-fed Black Angus beef, and have been selling our beef sides direct to Tasmanian families and businesses since 2019. We have a three hectare vineyard, and make all our wines on-site. Our cellar door is available for tastings, meals and private functions. We’re proud of what we do, and we love sharing our produce.
