11am - 7pm Fridays, 11am - 4pm weekends
We produce premium cool-climate wines, wholly on-farm from vine to bottle. Our temperate Tasmanian climate allows fruit to ripen slowly, for intense flavour and depth of character. At Premaydena Hill, our grapes are hand picked in small batches and processed in our on-site winery (just up the hill from the vineyard!)
Our cellar door offers the opportunity to enjoy our wines (and some delicious local food) right here on the property, in our lovingly restored farmhouse cottage.
