ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Janice Sutton is an internationally award-winning author and publisher based on the Tasman Peninsula. Originally from the UK, she began her career working for BBC National Radio before moving to Australia, where she shifted into print journalism, design, and writing.
Driven by her love of food, design, and storytelling, Janice creates richly illustrated, artful cookbooks that celebrate seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
Her previous works include Garlic Feast and Tomato: Know, Sow, Grow, Feast, as well as the original Winter Wild.
